Set quietly in an unassuming corner of the resort — on an upper floor, no less — Olivo represents VidaMar’s most notable contribution to high-end cooking! Decorated with the utmost care and with an attentive service, the restaurant area manages to roll both a lavish and a cosy dining experience all into one!
The food however, is the real star! We specialise in aged beef, which is a tastier and more tender cut, as a result of a careful and intricate preservation process. This all results in quality you can actually taste! Fancy something different? How about the much-coveted Bluefin Tuna, which is caught locally on local Algarve waters?
Each plate is made with passion and superb ingredients, which is even better paired with a truly exceptional wine. All items on our list were chosen to accentuate our dishes’ flavours and were gathered from all over the world, by the expert eyes and taste buds of our experienced Sommelier.
