Our Italian restaurant underwent an exciting renovation. In addition to the traditional restaurant, we have a Bruschetta Bar, where you can taste the finest wines while sampling various versions of Italy’s crispy delicacy, or explore a list of Italian cocktails.
After several weeks of preparation, we opened our doors with a new decoration that combines comfort and elegance for an even more engaging gastronomic experience. We also welcome Michelin chef Vittorio Colleoni, who brings with him the tradition of Italian cuisine, promising to surprise palates with authentic dishes and genuine flavors.
Lots of natural light, an outdoor terrace, and a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere inspired by the Mediterranean coast are what you can experience while waiting for the most delicious Italian dishes. Sounds too good to be true? It can be even better.
Located in a quiet area next to VidaMar Hotels & Resorts – Algarve, overlooking the sea and the dunes of Salgados Beach, Primadonna also has a space that will host sunset parties throughout the summer months, celebrating the food, culture, and joy of Italy!
Respecting the traditions of a rich and celebrated cuisine, our restaurant serves genuine Italian ingredients (DOP & DOC), slow fermentation and homemade pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and delicious homemade desserts.
